Black Activists Who Built the Food Justice Movement
The movement for food justice in the U.S. has always been a movement for racial justice. For this year’s Black History Month, we’re continuing to highlight Black people who have radically impacted the U.S.’ food and farming systems, building up movements for food justice that increase community power and directly confront the racism at all levels of U.S. society and government.
