Montgomery County 2025 Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP)

SFMNP provides eligible low-income seniors with access to locally grown fruits and vegetables in Pennsylvania. Eligible participants will receive five $5 vouchers (totaling $25) to use at authorized farmers’ markets and produce stands across the state. 

Important Dates & Deadlines

A list of participating vendor locations will be provided and voucher distribution is expected to begin in late May.

September 30th, 2025
Your last day to receive checks in person or by mail.

November 30th, 2025
Your last day to use SFMP vouchers in 2025.

How do I know if I’m elgible?

To quality, seniors must:

  • Be a resident of Montgomery County
  • Be 60 years of age or older by the end of the 2025 calendar year
  • Meet income eligibility requirements

How can I apply?

Seniors can submit their completed applications by scanning or taking a photo and emailing it back to ccardona@sharefoodprogram.org or infomhs@sharefoodprogram.org. Or by mailing it to:
