There are 5 ways you can volunteer to help. Just a few hours of your time can make a huge difference to neighbors in need.

Help Pack Boxes

We always welcome help at our warehouses packing boxes of the healthy, sustaining food that get delivered to pantries and distribution sites across the region. 

Help pack nutritious boxes of food for our Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP, also known as our Senior Program) at Share Food Programs warehouse.

Assist Share in packing vehicles with boxes of nutritious food for our weekly “Knock, Drop, and Roll Caravan”. This caravan helps to feed over 750 Philadelphians in need, and there is a need for individuals who can pack vehicles full of food.

Following a statewide advocacy effort from the state’s entire federal congressional delegation, along with Governor Tom Wolf and state food bank and agricultural industry advocates, Pennsylvania Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding has received federal approval for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to operate a Disaster Household Distribution program.
