Sign Up for the Senior Box Program (CSFP) at Open Locations

During COVID-19, Share Food Program will continue to support food sites that distribute boxes of food to qualifying seniors. Seniors who qualify are entitled to receive one box of food per month, which can be delivered directly to their home or picked up from a distribution site. Please note that at this time, Share Food is unable to deliver to new sign ups, but qualifying seniors may sign up to be placed on the waitlist. 

How do I know if I’m eligible? 

• Applicants must be 60 years or older

• Applicants must have a household income below 130% of the poverty line

What do I need to Register?

• Verification of ID, age, & address using a drivers license, passport, picture ID, birth certificate, or similar document.

• Verification of family income by bringing a  W-2, the previous years tax return, social security award letter, last four pay stubs or similar documents.

Following a statewide advocacy effort from the state’s entire federal congressional delegation, along with Governor Tom Wolf and state food bank and agricultural industry advocates, Pennsylvania Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding has received federal approval for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to operate a Disaster Household Distribution program.
